•  Cubmaster Award (PDF)
Cubmasters that complete the required training, tenure, and performance can earn this award.
•  Cub Scouter Award (PDF)
Adults that complete the required training, tenure and performance in a Pack, District or Council position. District Cub Commissioner approves the recognition record.
•  Tiger Cub Den Leader Award (PDF
Adults that serve as a Tiger Cub Den Leader may earn this award by completing the required training, tenure, and performance.
•  Cub Scout Den Leader Award (PDF)
This award is designed for those that complete the required training, tenure, and performance while serving as a Cub Scout Den Leader.
•  Webelos Den Leader Award (PDF)
Webelos den leaders may earn this award by completing the required training, tenure, and performance.
•  Recruiter Award (PDF)  
Adults who work with their district leaders to build a new Scouting unit may wear this distinctive knot. This was brand new in 2005.
•  Pack Trainer Award (PDF) NEW!
Adults who serve as
Pack Trainers can earn this new award by meeting training, tenure and performance objectives. This is brand-new in 2006 and is not retroactive--your tenure for this award cannot begin until Sept. 1, 2006.

Once you're TRAINED, don't forget your ongoing courses...take Pow-Wow each November, and think seriously about enrolling in Wood Badge.  Wood Badge is more than just Scouting training; it will help you in your personal and professional life as well.

These awards represent dedication to leadership through training, tenure and performance.

Each award is particular to a given position, and is represented on the adult uniform with the knots shown above the left pocket.

Adults who have completed New Leader Essentials and Leader Specific Training are able to wear the TRAINED strip on their uniform:
