Materials:
3 yards cord or plastic lacing
113 black pony beads
58 white pony beads
2 blue pony beads

Special Instructions:
In part A, when you reach the blue star, work the string back and 
do part B, with 9 black beads and one white (gray in illus.)
Bend this into the fin, with the white bead at the end placed in
the next row of part A.
To start part C, work the string through the top row of part A.
After finishing this part, anchor the bottom to part A at the purple
threads.
