For help with the flower petals, see the Illustrated Penguin Directions
4 yards stiff cord, plastic lacing or wire
161 red pony beads
7 yellow pony beads
You start at the edge of the first petal, then proceed to do three petals on one side with one of the strings, and two petals on the other side with the other string, then join the strings back together to weave in the usual manner for the last petal. Leave extra cord at the end of the last petal to use for a hanging string to hang as an ornament or package trim.
Stiff cord or wire is needed for this project or it just flops over.
You can do more than 7 petals if you want.
