Christmas Star
designed by Dee Andrade

Level: Advanced

Materials:
2 yards cord of choice
1 lanyard hook or keyring
72 gold, or gold glitter, or even yellow pony beads or mini pony beads

Follow the string path very carefully around where the two sides of the star come out.

Note from Margo: When I made the star pictured above, I made the main part, tied it off, then started the side part with a new piece of string. When I got to the 4-bead row of one side, I put the string through row 5 and row 8 of the main piece, then continued with the other side of the side part. It worked pretty well and was easier than trying to do the sides while doing the main part and trying to get the star not to gap.
