• 22 yellow pony beads
• 14 royal blue pony beads
• 7 black pony beads
• 2 grey pony beads
• 1 white pony bead

Materials for Dave:

• 1 yard cord of choice
• 1 lanyard hook or keyring
• 22 yellow pony beads
• 14 royal blue pony beads
• 5 black pony beads
• 3 grey pony beads
• 2 white pony beads

 

 

 

 

Materials for Evil Minion:

• 1 yard cord of choice
• 1 lanyard hook or keyring
• 17 lavender pony beads
• 16 black pony beads
• 8 purple pony beads
• 6 grey pony beads
• 2 white pony beads

Note: You could make a taller minion by adding more rows of yellow (or lavender) between the eyes and the overalls.
