In 1655 Peter was residing at Lauperswil, Bern, Switzerland, his wife Anna had trouble with the authorities because

of her being an Anabaptist.

Peter Krähenbühl and Anna left Switzerland in about 1671, lived at Gangrehweiler, Pfalz prior to his purchasing the inheritance lease to the Weierhof, Pfalz, Germany in 1682.
